Calculator and browsing
The site’s application code calculates figures in your browser. It does not send calculator entries to Eric or store them in a database or browser storage. This site does not host a loan application, document upload, or lead submission form. It has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider processes network requests to deliver and secure the website and may process technical data such as IP addresses, request details, and authentication cookies. Its retention and account controls are managed by the provider. Links to Gmail, Westin, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Loan applications
The Apply Here link opens a separate loan application website. Information you provide there is handled through that service and its applicable privacy notices. Review those notices before submitting an application.
When you contact Eric
Calling or emailing voluntarily provides the information you share so Eric and Westin can respond to your mortgage inquiry. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive documents through ordinary email. Ask for an approved secure method.
Tracking preferences
This site’s application code does not track visitors across websites, sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control because it has no such tracking or sale/sharing functions. Hosting and linked services operate separately.
